# Job Description – Loan Sales Executive (Field Sales)

## Job Summary

Freecharge is looking for dynamic and result-oriented Loan Sales Executives to drive sales of financial products including Home Loans, Business Loans, and Personal Loans. The ideal candidate should be passionate about field sales, customer acquisition, relationship management, and achieving sales targets.

## Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through field visits, referrals, and local market activities.

Promote and sell •Home Loans, Business Loans, and Personal Loans•• to prospective customers.

• Identify customer financial requirements and recommend suitable loan products.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, builders, channel partners, DSAs, and local business owners.

• Conduct customer meetings, explain product features, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and documentation requirements.

• Collect and verify customer documents to ensure smooth loan processing.

• Coordinate with the internal credit and operations teams for timely loan approvals and disbursements.

• Follow up with customers throughout the loan application process until successful disbursement.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.

• Generate leads through cold calling, field visits, networking, and referrals.

• Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities in the CRM system.

• Stay updated on competitor offerings and market trends to identify new business opportunities.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines during customer acquisition.

## Eligibility

• Graduate in any discipline (preferred).

Minimum •1–3 years•• of experience in Loan Sales, BFSI, NBFC, Banking, or Financial Services.

• Freshers with strong sales aptitude may also be considered.

• Two-wheeler and a valid driving license are preferred.

• Willingness to travel extensively for field sales activities.
