M Sand & Aggregate Sales Executive

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced M Sand & Aggregate Sales professional who can develop and manage B2B customers in the construction industry and drive sales of M Sand, crushed stone aggregates and related construction materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new customers including RMC plants, builders, contractors, infrastructure companies and developers.

• Generate leads and conduct regular field visits.

• Sell M Sand, 10/20/40 mm aggregates, crusher dust and other aggregates.

• Build and maintain relationships with existing customers.

• Understand customer requirements, pricing and local market rates.

• Negotiate prices and close orders.

• Coordinate with suppliers, dispatch and logistics teams for timely deliveries.

• Track competitor pricing and market demand.

• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

• Maintain accurate customer and sales records.

Required Experience

• 2–5 years of sales experience in M Sand / Aggregate / Crusher / RMC / Construction Materials.

• Strong knowledge of the local construction-material market.

• Existing relationships with RMC companies, builders, contractors or infrastructure companies will be an advantage.

• Good negotiation and communication skills.

• Comfortable with field sales and frequent customer visits.

• Strong understanding of M Sand and aggregate products, grades and applications.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates currently working with aggregate suppliers, crusher plants, M Sand manufacturers, RMC companies, construction-material companies or building-material distributors are preferred.
