Job Description: Marketing Representative (MR)

Location: Zirakpur
Experience Required: Minimum 1 Year
Salary: ₹15,000 to ₹25,000 per month (based on experience and performance)

Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Marketing Representative (MR) to promote company services/products, generate leads, and build strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic marketing knowledge, and experience in field/office marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential clients/customers in the assigned area

• Promote company products/services and explain offerings clearly

• Generate leads and convert them into sales

• Maintain strong follow-up with clients

• Build and manage long-term customer relationships

• Achieve monthly sales/marketing targets

• Prepare daily reports and share field updates

• Participate in promotional activities and local marketing campaigns

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing/sales

• Good communication & negotiation skills

• Ability to work independently and meet targets

• Basic understanding of marketing techniques

• Must be comfortable with fieldwork (if required)
