Job Description: Lending Relationship Officer / Manager

​Location: Jamshedpur, Dhanbad, Bokaro, and Chaibasa.

​Role Overview

​We are looking for result-oriented and energetic professionals to join our Lending team. As a Lending Relationship Officer / Manager, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our financial products, maintaining merchant relationships, and ensuring high levels of field activity on a daily basis.

​Key Responsibilities & Daily Targets
​To succeed in this role, you must be disciplined and capable of meeting the following daily Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

​Field Engagement: Conduct a minimum of 15 merchant/client visits daily, ensuring all interactions are accurately logged in the official software.

​Wealth Products: Successfully convert at least 2 Gold SIPs (Systematic Investment Plans) per day.

​Insurance Sales: Secure at least 1 Term Insurance Plan daily to ensure comprehensive financial protection for our clients.

​Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong rapport with local merchants and business owners to drive the adoption of Paytm’s lending and financial services.

​Market Expansion: Identify new opportunities for business growth within your assigned territory.

​Requirements

​Proven experience in sales, preferably in banking, NBFC, or the fintech sector.

​Strong communication and negotiation skills.

​Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet strict daily targets.

​Must own a two-wheeler and a smartphone for field operations.

​Familiarity with the local geography of Jharkhand (Jamshedpur, Dhanbad, etc.) is highly preferred.
