Responsibilities
Manage assigned customers and build relationships
Acquire new customers (savings/current accounts)
Achieve monthly sales targets
Cross-sell banking products:
Loans (personal, home, business)
Credit cards
Insurance
Mutual funds/investments
Increase revenue from existing customers (portfolio deepening)
Handle customer queries and basic service issues
Generate leads through branch walk-ins, calls, and field visits
Maintain customer data and sales reports
Work in coordination with branch staff for conversions
Incentive-based role (performance-driven pay)
High focus on sales, not purely operations
