Job Title: Front Line Sales Manager

Job Summary:
Sales Manger - The Front Line Sales Executive will be responsible for driving insurance sales through both Banca (bank channels. This includes relationship management, lead generation, product promotion, and achieving business targets by leveraging the partner network.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage strong relationships with bank staff,representatives to ensure consistent business flow.
Work from bank branches and partner offices to generate leads and close insurance sales.
Support partners in client acquisition, joint sales calls, and case closures.
Achieve assigned sales and activity targets through effective fieldwork and partner engagement.
Ensure compliance with internal and regulatory guidelines in all processes.
Maintain accurate MIS and daily sales reports.
Provide post-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
Eligibility Criteria:
Education: 12th ,Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred)
Experience: fresher or upto –3 years in insurance or financial services (freshers with high energy and sales mindset may be considered)
Location - Surat Adajan Road

CTC - 2.20 LPA to 3 LPA ( salary will depend on interview)
