Responsibilities
Acquire new Current Account (CA) and Savings Account (SA) customers through field sales and networking
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to increase account activation and usage
Identify potential clients such as small businesses, professionals, and retail customers
Achieve monthly and quarterly CASA targets set by the bank
Cross-sell banking products like debit cards, loans, insurance, and mobile banking services
Conduct market visits, cold calling, and lead generation activities
Ensure proper KYC documentation and compliance with banking regulations
Monitor customer transactions and encourage higher account balances
Coordinate with branch staff to ensure smooth onboarding of customers
Provide excellent customer service and resolve queries promptly
Skills Required
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Knowledge of banking products and processes
Ability to work in the field and meet clients regularly
