Key Responsibilities
Recruit, train, and develop a team of insurance advisors/agents.
Drive sales through the agency channel to achieve monthly and annual business targets.
Motivate and mentor advisors to improve productivity and performance.
Conduct regular field visits and joint sales calls with advisors.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and advisors.
Ensure high-quality customer service and timely policy issuance.
Monitor advisor performance and implement action plans to improve results.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Eligibility
Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
1–4 years of experience in insurance sales, agency sales, or BFSI sales.
Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
Good networking and relationship-building abilities.
Candidate should be target-oriented and willing to travel locally.
