
Sales Execution:
Achieve monthly and daily secondary sales targets (both value and volume).
Visit a minimum of 40 outlets per day, ensuring at least 50% conversion into productive
calls (orders booked).
Ensure product visibility, stock availability, and shelf space in all assigned outlets.
Expand outlet base by onboarding new retail outlets monthly allocated areas.
Distributor & Retailer Management:
Manage assigned distributors and ensure fulfillment of secondary orders (Minimum one
Distributor to Max Three).
Follow up with distributors to ensure timely stock availability and delivery to retailers.
Commercial Responsibilities:
Adhere to company norms and monitor outstanding payments.
Reporting & Data Management:
Maintain accurate daily call reports (DCRs), order data, and beat plans as per his MJP on
using the designated mobile application.
Market Intelligence:
Track competitor activities: pricing, promotions, and new product launches.
Marketing & Promotion:
Ensure proper communication of schemes and new launches to retailers.
