Role Overview:
We are seeking aproactive and client-focused Relationship Manager to build,maintain,and
strengthen long-term relationships with our clients.The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between clients and internal teams,ensuring smooth execution of campaigns,client satisfaction,and repeat business.
Key Responsibilities:
•Sourcing potential clients for our leadgeneration servic through networking,cold calling,
nurturing leads,etc.
•Scheduling and conducting one-on-one meetings with potential clients.
•Demonstrating our software and explaining about the services we provide.
•Convince the potential clients and try to make closures by collecting payments.
•Briefing the marketing team about the client'srequirement and ensuring quality delivery.
•Maintaining good relationship with the clients and keep the retention rate high.
Requirements:
•Bachelor’sdegreeinMarketing,BusinessAdministration,orrelatedfield.
•2–4yearsofexperienceinclientservicing/relationshipmanagement
(realestatemarketingexperiencepreferred).
•Strongunderstandingofdigitalmarketingconcepts(GoogleAds,MetaAds,SEO,socialmedia)
•Excellentcommunication,presentation,andinterpersonalskills.
•Problem-solvingattitudewithclient-firstmindset.
•Abilitytohandlemultipleaccountsandprioritizeeffectively.
•ProficiencyinMSOffice,CRM tools,andreportingdashboards.
