Job Summary
Sasta Sunder Health Buddy Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and field-oriented RSBD (Retail Sales & Business Development) professional to expand and strengthen our retail pharmacy network. The role involves regular field visits, onboarding new retail pharmacies, managing documentation and KYC, driving order volumes, and developing business across the assigned region.
Key Responsibilities
1. Visit 25 retail pharmacy shops daily in the assigned area on a regular basis.
2. Identify, approach, and onboard new retail pharmacy partners.
3. Collect, verify, and complete all required documentation and KYC of retail pharmacy shops.
4. Generate orders and manage reordering from existing retailers to ensure consistent business flow (Monthly sales 3 Lakh).
5. Ensure accurate and timely daily reporting through the company’s mobile application.
6. Build strong relationships with retailers to increase engagement and retention.
7. Actively develop and expand business in the assigned region by increasing coverage and order value.
8. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve retailer issues and support smooth operations.
Candidate Requirements
● Minimum qualification: Graduate
● Experience in field sales, pharmacy sales, FMCG, or healthcare distribution will be an advantage
● Good communication and interpersonal skills
● Willingness to work in the field and travel within the assigned area
● Basic knowledge of smartphone usage and mobile apps
● Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred
Salary & Benefits
● Monthly Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 (ESI + PF included)
● Petrol Allowance: ₹5 per kilometre (weekly reimbursement)
● Mobile Recharge Allowance: ₹299 per month
