They employees will be taking care of the existing agent of motor and health vertical (no as such
fresh agent recruitment is required) – apart from motor all other verticals like fire, marine , liability ,
group Mediclaim all these verticals servicing will be taken by these employee and their agents. This
is not motor insurance.
HPM full form is High potential market
Preference :- Candidate from Agency Background of any GI, HI , LI competition , Brokers ,
presentable candidate who can groom & address a big crown of agents.
Age – please keep within 30.
Band 2 CTC – Can be checked till 6 LPA. Known as SME vertical in market.
Agency Motor - Area
Job description
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Candidate from Insurance background would be preferred.
2. Sound knowledge of Motor Insurance and Drive Motor insurance sales through the agency
channel
3. Primary role - Drive sales through the agency network, create a distribution network of agents.
4. Responsible for Recruitment, onboarding and activation of Partners/Agents.
5. Helping Partners/Agents in the sales calls by traveling with them for the same and taking the
onus of closure of sales.
6. Conduct continuous agent training program.
7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with agents and clients.
Skills Required:
1. Should be familiar with basics of Insurance. Should have strong convincing power.
2. Industry Experience (Motor) will be preferred.
3. Positive attitude & proactive/ sales driven.
4. Must be able to work under pressure.
5. Should be confident, self-motivated and Interactive.
Maximum CTC- 4.5 LPA
Minimum Qualification – Graduation , 2/4 wheeler mandatory
CHANNEL SALES MANAGER - AGENCY HEALTH
Role Summary
In the above context, the CSM role is responsible to supervise the business delivery and Tie Ups
& primarily grow the business with profits, Channel Management Agents.
Field Sales - Agent Recruitment & Generating business/sales through Agents,
Activation of agents - Sales of GI Products through Agents
AGENCY HEALTH - Sales of Health Insurance Products through Agents
Manage the daily activity of producers to ensure strong pipeline.
Coach and guide to cross sell and grow the business
Make individual agents grow at least 20% for every year
Ensuring IRDA compliance regarding licensing and commission payments of agents
Responsible for ensuring quality of applications
Support/guide the producers in all activities related to policy services
Train agents on products, process and USPs of Co.
