JOB DESCRIPTION – FIELD SUPERVISOR

Position: Field Supervisor
Department: Operations / Facility Management
Reports To: Operations Manager / Property Manager

Job Purpose

To supervise and manage day-to-day site operations, ensure proper deployment of manpower, maintain service quality, and coordinate with clients and employees to ensure smooth facility management operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise housekeeping, security, technical, and other site staff as assigned.

• Ensure employees report on time and maintain proper attendance.

• Allocate daily duties and shifts to employees.

• Monitor employee performance and discipline at the site.

• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure cleanliness and proper working conditions.

• Coordinate with the client and resolve day-to-day site issues.

• Ensure proper use, handling, and maintenance of machines and equipment.

• Check availability of cleaning materials, tools, uniforms, and safety equipment.

• Maintain daily attendance, duty allocation, inspection, and incident records.

• Report employee absenteeism, misconduct, complaints, and site issues to the Operations Manager.

• Ensure company policies, safety procedures, and client requirements are followed.

• Coordinate with HR and the office regarding joining, replacement, transfer, leave, and manpower requirements.

• Handle emergency situations and immediately inform the concerned management.

• Submit daily/weekly site reports to management.

• Ensure customer/resident complaints are attended to and resolved promptly.

• Monitor manpower shortage and arrange replacements when required.

• Maintain good communication and professional relationships with clients and employees.

Qualification & Experience

• Education: 10th / 12th / Graduate preferred.

• Experience: 1–3 years in Facility Management, Housekeeping, Security, Maintenance, or a similar supervisory role.

• Languages: Hindi and Marathi; basic English preferred.
