Key Responsibilities
Visit retail shops, supermarkets, and distributors in the assigned area daily
Generate orders and ensure regular product movement
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Add new retail outlets and expand market coverage
Ensure proper product display and visibility at stores
Build strong relationships with shop owners and distributors
Collect payments and follow up on outstanding dues
Monitor competitor products, pricing, and offers in the market
Submit daily visit reports and sales updates to the manager

Daily order generation value
Number of new outlets added per month
Collection efficiency
Market coverage (number of shops visited)
Product availability in assigned territory
Requirements
Minimum qualification: 12th / Any Degree
0–3 years of experience in field sales (FMCG preferred)
Strong communication and convincing skills
Ability to work on targets and field pressure
Willingness to travel daily within the assigned area
Two-wheeler with valid driving license is mandatory
