Sales Executive / Business Development Executive – CRM Sales

We are hiring a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive for our CRM company. The candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our CRM software solutions to logistics and relocation-related businesses across Mumbai.

Job Responsibilities

*Generate new business leads and convert them into clients.

*Close sales through cold calling, field visits, and door-to-door meetings.

*Visit companies across Mumbai for meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.

*Sell CRM software solutions to logistics companies and service-based businesses.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

*Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Follow up on leads generated through calls, references, marketing campaigns, and field visits.

*Maintain proper sales reports and client communication records.

*Coordinate with the support and onboarding team for smooth client setup.

*Understand customer requirements and explain CRM features effectively.

*Identify new market opportunities and competitor activities.

Requirements

*Minimum 1–6 years of experience in sales, field sales, or business development preferred.

*Freshers with excellent communication skills, confidence, and learning attitude can also apply.

*Experience in software, SaaS, CRM, logistics, or service industry sales will be an added advantage.

*Strong communication and convincing skills.

*Confidence in client handling and negotiations.

*Comfortable with cold calling and direct client interaction.

*Ability to travel across Mumbai for client meetings.

*Target-oriented and self-motivated personality.

*Good presentation and follow-up skills.
