Job Title: Sales Officer

About the company

Industry: Construction Building Materials Trading and supplying concrete and construction-related materials for residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects. Official business records classify its major activity as trading under retail of construction-related products.

We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Cement Sales Officer to promote and sell our cement products. The ideal candidate should have strong market knowledge, excellent relationship-building skills, and the ability to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify potential customers, including builders, contractors, architects, engineers, and distributors.

• Visit construction sites regularly to promote cement products and generate new business opportunities.

• Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends, and provide market intelligence to management.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on field activities and sales performance.

• Conduct product demonstrations and educate customers on product features and benefits.

• Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to ensure timely order fulfilment and customer satisfaction.

• Expand the customer base and strengthen the company's market presence.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities by engaging with infrastructure projects, contractors, builders, RMC (Ready-Mix Concrete) customers, individual customers, house builders, architects, engineers, dealers, and distributors.
