Address dealer/Stockist inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally. Develop a deep understanding of the company's products or services and effectively communicate their features, benefits, and value propositions to customers. Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions using CRM software or other designated tools.

Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management review.

Effectively manage assigned territories or regions, including route planning, scheduling appointments, and optimizing travel arrangements.

Communicate & Coordinate with internal teams, including marketing, customer service, and product development, to support sales initiatives and address customer requirements.
