We are hiring candidates for two reputed Microfinance Organizations in the Banking and Financial Services sector. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Oodlabari, Raiganj, Matigara, Panjipara, Siliguri, Dinhata, Cooch Behar, Tufanganj, Pundibari, Kamakhyaguri, Malbazar, Pachagarh, South Dinajpur, Malda, Murshidabad, Buniadpur, Tapan, Karandighi and Bindol.

Candidates may be posted at any of the above locations, depending on vacancy and business requirements.

3. Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate.

• Age: 18–32 years.

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

• Valid driving license is mandatory.

• Two-wheeler is mandatory.

• Candidates must be willing to travel for fieldwork, where applicable.

4. Job Responsibilities

A. Field Officer

• Visit customers and prospective clients in assigned areas.

• Identify potential customers and explain available microfinance products.

• Conduct field visits and assist with customer onboarding.

• Collect and verify customer documents as per company policy.

• Conduct customer meetings and support group-based lending activities, where applicable.

• Follow up on loan repayments and overdue accounts as per company procedures.

• Maintain accurate customer records and submit daily reports.

• Achieve assigned business and collection targets.

• Build and maintain good customer relationships.

6. Accommodation Facilities
