Job Overview

Jisha Enterprise Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a proactive, target-driven Sales Officer to expand our presence in the textile market. You will focus on client acquisition, managing assigned territories, and driving revenue growth through active field outreach.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Acquisition & Relationships: Generate leads, conduct cold calls, and build strong relationships with new and existing textile clients.

• Sales & Territory Management: Conduct regular site visits, identify business opportunities, and cover assigned territories (wholesalers, retailers, and dealers).

• Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets to drive revenue growth.

• Reporting & Market Feedback: Provide daily updates on sales activities, performance, and market insights to management.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.

• Experience: 2+ years of hands-on experience in Field Sales within the Textile industry.

• Key Skills: Lead generation, field sales, cold calling, negotiation, client closing, and territory management.

• Attributes: Strong textile market knowledge, target-driven mindset, excellent communication, and strong attention to detail.
