📝 Job Description:

Responsible for driving sales performance, handling field activities, generating leads, managing customer relationships, and supporting team operations to achieve business targets. The role involves coordination with internal teams, customer acquisition, and ensuring smooth sales/operational processes.

🎓 Eligibility Criteria:

✔️ Graduate (Any stream)

✔️ 1–2 years of experience in field sales / operations / team handling (preferably BFSI)

✔️ Freshers with strong communication skills and interest in sales may apply

📋 Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Field sales, customer meetings & lead generation

🔹 Promote company products/services

🔹 Achieve assigned sales and business targets

🔹 Maintain and build strong customer relationships

🔹 Support daily operations and team coordination

🔹 Monitor reports, MIS, and process compliance

🔹 Assist in team guidance and basic training (for senior role)
