Key Responsibilities
Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Field Sales Executives.
Drive Business Loan sales by acquiring new merchants and customers.
Ensure the team achieves daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Conduct regular field visits to monitor team performance and provide on-the-job coaching.
Train new hires on products, sales processes, and compliance guidelines.
Monitor lead conversion, productivity, and quality metrics.
Build relationships with local merchants, channel partners, and referral sources.
Resolve customer escalations and support the team in closing sales.
Prepare daily MIS reports and share performance updates with management.
Ensure adherence to KYC, documentation, and company policies.
Eligibility
Graduate in any discipline.
2–5 years of experience in Field Sales within Fintech, NBFC, BFSI, or Banking.
Minimum 1 year of Team Leader experience managing a field sales team.
Experience in Business Loans, Merchant Loans, LAP, Working Capital Loans, or MSME Loans is preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills.
Comfortable with extensive field travel.
