Key Responsibilities

Achieve sales targets and generate new business.
Develop and manage dealers, distributors & channel partners.
Build relationships with builders, contractors, architects & dealers.
Generate leads through field visits, site visits & cold calling.
Conduct product demonstrations and promotional activities.
Manage customer follow-ups, payments and sales reports.
Monitor market and competitor activities.
Experience in Construction Chemicals, Building Materials, Cement, Paints, Tiles or Waterproofing.
Strong communication, negotiation & relationship-building skills.
Target-oriented and willing to travel.
