We are looking for a Field Sales Executive to join our team at Young India Show Foundation. The role requires candidates who are skilled in fundraising for NGO, following up on leads, and maximizing raising funds opportunities. Identify prospects and develop fundraising strategies to drive NGO'S growth. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹10,000 - ₹30,000 and prospects of growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Approach individuals and businesses to raise funds for the NGO
Conduct field activities (door-to-door, street campaigns, events)
Achieve assigned fundraising targets
Explain NGO’s mission and projects to potential donors
Build and maintain donor relationships
Record donor details and report daily progress
Represent the NGO professionally and ethically
