Job Summary

We are hiring a Field Sales Executive for our Indore location to drive client acquisition and sales for our radio and branding solutions. The role requires on-ground sales activity, client interaction, and coordination to successfully execute campaigns at Radio 2 PI R locations.

Key Responsibilities

l Identify and onboard new clients across Indore

l Promote Radio 2 PI R’s in-location radio, branding, and on-ground advertising solutions.

l Conduct regular field visits, meetings, and presentations with potential clients.

l Generate leads and close sales as per monthly targets

l Coordinate with internal teams for smooth campaign execution

l Maintain strong client relationships and ensure timely follow-ups

l Prepare basic sales reports and updates

Eligibility & Skills

l Graduate in any discipline (preferred)

l 1–3 years of experience in field sales, media sales, advertising, or OOH (freshers with strong communication skills may apply)

l Good communication and negotiation skills

l Willingness to work on-field within Indore

l Target-driven and self-motivated

l Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting
