We are looking for a Field Sales Executive to join our team at Stoomx Private Limited at Thane. The role requires candidates who are skilled in building customer relationships, following up on leads, and maximizing sales opportunities. Identify prospects and develop sales strategies to drive business growth. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹20,000 - ₹30,000 and prospects of growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute On-Ground Society Activations: Visit residential complexes, high-rises, and townships across Thane to conduct door-to-door visits, pitch at security gates, or set up promotional desks to maximize brand visibility.
• Drive App Onboarding & Sales: Persuade residents to download the app, explain its core benefits, and guide them through placing their first discounted or "free trial" steam ironing order to hit sales targets.
• Targeted Flyer & Media Distribution: Strategically distribute promotional flyers and brochures directly to residents, hand them out at security checkpoints, or pass them out during society events.
• Lead Generation & Database Management: Collect and maintain accurate customer data (Names, Phone Numbers, and Society names) through presentations and cold outreach to build a robust client database for future follow-ups.
• Strategy Research & Performance Reporting: Actively research creative local sales tactics to boost app downloads, and regularly report performance metrics, customer feedback, and market insights back to management.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 0 - 2 years of experience. Familiarity with different sales techniques is a must. Preferably from Thane City, familiar with Thane's geography. Applicants should also have good communication (Hindi & Marathi) , negotiation, and interpersonal skills along with ability to utilize technology effectively.
