We are seeking a dynamic and target-driven Field Sales Executive to promote and sell elevators, lifts, and related services to residential, commercial, and industrial clients. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting potential customers on-site, preparing quotations, closing sales, and maintaining long-term client relationships.
Identify and develop new business opportunities in residential buildings, commercial complexes, hospitals, malls, and industrial projects.
Conduct field visits to architects, builders, contractors, and property owners.
Generate leads through site visits, cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable elevator/lift solutions.
Coordinate with technical and installation teams for site feasibility and project execution.
Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and tender documents.
Negotiate pricing and contract terms to close sales successfully.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Maintain customer database and follow up on leads regularly.
Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
Keep updated on competitor activities and market trends.
Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Business, Marketing, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering (preferred).
1–5 years of field sales experience (experience in elevator, construction, or building materials industry preferred).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to understand technical specifications and explain products clearly.
Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Valid driving license and willingness to travel locally.
