🎯 Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and cost-conscious Procurement Officer who will be responsible for sourcing, vendor management, and ensuring timely availability of goods/services at optimal cost and quality.

🛠️ What You’ll Do

Manage end-to-end procurement process including sourcing, negotiation, and purchase order creation

Identify and onboard new vendors/suppliers for cost optimization and quality improvement

Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts with vendors

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal teams for demand planning

Ensure timely delivery of materials/services as per business requirements

Maintain vendor database and evaluate vendor performance regularly

Work closely with finance team for invoice processing and payment tracking

Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement procedures

✅ What We’re Looking For

2–5 years of experience in procurement / purchasing / supply chain

Experience in automobile, agri-tech, e-commerce, or similar industry preferred

Strong negotiation and vendor management skills

Good understanding of procurement processes and cost control

Proficiency in MS Excel and procurement tools/ERP systems

Strong communication and coordination skills

⭐ Good to Have

Experience in dealer/vendor ecosystem

Knowledge of inventory management and logistics

Exposure to rural/agri market (added advantage)
