Job Overview
We are looking for energetic and result-oriented Field Sales Executives to generate new business opportunities, identify potential customers, and promote company products and services. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to achieve sales targets through direct customer interactions and field visits.
Roles & Responsibilities
Identify and approach potential customers through field visits.
Generate new leads and convert them into business opportunities.
Promote and explain company products and services to customers.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Conduct regular market visits and identify new business opportunities.
Follow up with prospective customers and close sales.
Achieve monthly sales targets and submit daily activity reports.
Coordinate with the internal sales team for smooth business operations.
Requirements
Any Degree / Diploma / 12th Pass.
1-10 years of experience in field sales or marketing.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
Self-motivated and target-oriented personality.
