We are looking for a Field Sales Executive to join our team at Keys On Rent . The role requires candidates who are skilled in building customer relationships, following up on leads, and maximising sales opportunities. Identify prospects and develop sales strategies to drive business growth. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹20,000 - ₹30,000 and prospects of growth.
Key Responsibilities:
•Lead Generation & Sales Generate new leads through field activities, referrals, and assigned inquiries.
• Meet prospective customers, understand their accommodation requirements, and recommend suitable properties.
• Conduct property visits and accompany customers during site inspections.
• Follow up with leads regularly and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
• Achieve monthly sales, revenue, and booking targets assigned by the company.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure a seamless rental experience.
• Handle customer queries and concerns professionally and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Represent the company professionally while interacting with customers and business partners.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 6 months - 2 years of experience. Familiarity with different sales techniques is a must. Applicants should also have good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in computer use and the ability to utilize technology effectively are essential.
