Job Role
We are looking for energetic and ambitious professionals to join us as Development Managers. This is a leadership role responsible for recruiting, training, and managing a team of Personal Financial Advisors (PFAs) while driving business growth through the agency channel.
Key Responsibilities
Recruit and develop a team of Personal Financial Advisors (PFAs).
Train, coach, and mentor advisors to achieve business goals.
Drive life insurance sales through the advisor network.
Achieve monthly and annual business targets.
Build strong customer and advisor relationships.
Ensure quality business, policy persistency, and regulatory compliance.
Conduct field activities, team meetings, and performance reviews.
Eligibility
Graduate in any discipline.
Age: 25–50 years (preferred).
Minimum 0-3years of sales experience (BFSI preferred; other sales backgrounds are also welcome).
Good communication, leadership, and networking skills.
