About the Role
We are seeking a high-energy, result-oriented B2B Sales Professional with deep roots in the FMCG sector to drive our corporate and institutional sales in the Delhi/NCR region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing large accounts, navigating complex supply chains, and establishing long-term relationships with institutional buyers and corporate brands.
You will be responsible for expanding our market footprint by identifying new business opportunities, managing the end-to-end sales cycle, and ensuring seamless service delivery to our B2B partners.
Key Responsibilities
* Business Development: Identify and acquire new B2B clients, including corporate houses, institutional buyers, and large-scale retail chains across Delhi/NCR.
* Account Management: Maintain and scale existing relationships with FMCG brands, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business.
* Market Intelligence: Stay updated on FMCG market trends, competitor pricing, and emerging demands within the Delhi wholesale and corporate sectors.
* Sales Pipeline Management: Lead the entire sales process from prospecting and cold calling to negotiation, closing, and post-sales support.
* Revenue Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through strategic planning and aggressive market penetration.
* Stakeholder Collaboration: Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery and fulfillment of bulk orders.
Required Experience & Skills
* Industry Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in B2B/Institutional sales within the FMCG industry.
* Regional Expertise: Strong existing network of corporate contacts and distributors within Delhi, Noida, and Gurgaon.
* Sales Proficiency: Expertise in the full B2B sales cycle, including primary sales, contract negotiation, and credit/payment collection management.
* Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
* Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to forecast growth.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working with major FMCG players ) or large wholesale formats (e.g., METRO Cash & Carry).
* A background in corporate gifting or promotional merchandise is a significant plus.
* MBA in Sales or Marketing is preferred but not mandatory for candidates with exceptional field experience.
