The Field Sales Executive (FSE) at Paytm is responsible for acquiring new merchants, onboarding them onto Paytm products, and driving adoption of digital payment solutions such as Paytm QR, Soundbox, POS, and related financial services.
Identify and onboard new merchants in the assigned area
Promote Paytm products (QR code, Soundbox, POS, etc.)
Educate merchants on digital payments and Paytm services
Ensure proper KYC and documentation during onboarding
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
Maintain strong relationships with existing merchants
Resolve basic merchant issues and coordinate with support teams
Conduct regular market visits and competitor analysis
Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th pass / Graduate
Prior field sales experience preferred (Fresher can apply)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable with field work and target-based roles
Smartphone mandatory
Basic knowledge of digital payments is a plus
