Field Sales Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to join our team at Paytm. This is a 100% Core Field Work & Market Working job that requires daily market visits to onboard new merchants and service existing ones.

Job Type: Full-time (8 Hours Shift)

Work Environment: 100% Market / Field Work

Salary: ₹ 22,000 - ₹ 40,000 per month (In-hand) + Attractive Incentives

Key Responsibilities (Sales + Service):

Market Onboarding (Sales): Visit different markets, shops, and commercial areas daily to onboard new merchants on the Paytm platform.

Product Sales: Sell and install Paytm QR Codes and Paytm Soundboxes to merchants and business owners.

Merchant Service: Provide on-field service and support to existing merchants, solving their queries related to Paytm devices or payments.

Relationship Building: Maintain strong, long-term relationships with retailers and merchants to boost product usage.

Target Achievement: Meet daily and monthly sales and service targets assigned by the management.

Reporting: Keep track of daily market visits and report performance metrics to the team leader regularly.

Job Requirements:

Education: Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate.

Experience: 0 - 1 years of experience (Freshers with a strong passion for field sales are welcome).

Mandatory Requirements: Candidate must comfortable with Daily Field Work / Market Visits. Having a two-wheeler and Android smartphone is a plus.

Skills Needed: * Good communication and negotiation skills in local language.

Basic knowledge of using smartphones and apps.

High energy and capability to work in the field for 8 hours.
