About the Role

Paytm is hiring enthusiastic and energetic Field Sales Executives to expand its merchant network across Delhi.

This is an excellent opportunity for freshers as well as candidates with up to 2 years of sales experience to start or grow their careers with one of India's leading fintech companies.

You will receive 4 days of structured training before starting field work, ensuring you are fully prepared for the role.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Visit nearby local shops and merchants.

• Meet shop owners and explain the benefits of the Paytm Payment Box.

• Install and activate the Paytm Payment Box for merchants.

• Build and maintain good relationships with shop owners.

• Achieve assigned sales targets.

• Represent the Paytm brand professionally.

Eligibility Criteria

• Freshers are welcome to apply.

• Candidates with 0–2 years of sales experience can also apply.

• Minimum Qualification:

  • 10th Pass

  • 12th Pass

  • Graduate (Any Stream)

• Good communication skills.

• Willingness to work in the field.

• Smartphone is mandatory.

• Bike and valid driving licence are preferred.

Training

• 4 Days of Paid Training

• Product Knowledge Training

• Sales & Field Training

• On-field Support from Team Leaders

Salary & Incentives

• Salary: ₹17,500 – ₹26,000 CTC per month (Depending on location.)

• Performance Incentives: ₹200–₹350 for every successful Paytm Payment Box installation.

Sales Targets

• Easy targets during the first two months.

• Targets gradually increase after the initial learning period.

• Eligible employees may receive up to 80% of their salary even if targets are not achieved due to valid business reasons, as per company policy.
