Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Field Sales Executive to generate new business, manage customer relationships, and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate should be confident in meeting customers, have good communication skills, and be comfortable with field travel.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and approach potential customers through field visits, referrals, and lead generation.
Generate new leads and convert them into customers.
Meet assigned sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.
Visit existing and prospective customers regularly.
Explain products/services, pricing, offers, and benefits to customers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Follow up with leads and ensure timely closure of sales.
Maintain accurate records of customer visits, leads, and sales activities.
Coordinate with the sales and operations teams for smooth order processing and delivery.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Collect customer feedback and communicate it to the management.
Prepare regular sales and field-visit reports.
