Key Responsibilities
Generate new leads through field visits, cold calling, references, and networking.
Visit prospective clients and conduct product/service presentations.
Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
Promote and sell IT solutions, SaaS products, CRM, digital marketing, and technology services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports.
Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, follow-ups, and sales activities.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Coordinate with internal teams for onboarding and customer support.
