The Filed sales Executive is responsible for generating sales, expanding customer base, and promoting company products/services within the assigned geographical area. The role involves meeting clients in person, conducting product demonstrations, achieving targets, and building strong customer relationships to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and approach potential customers through field visits.
Conduct product demonstrations and explain product features, pricing, and benefits.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by the company.
Maintain positive business relationships with clients to ensure future sales.
Collect market information on competitors, pricing, and customer needs.
Prepare daily/weekly visit reports and share them with managers.
Follow up on leads, quotations, and payments from customers.
Resolve customer queries, complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.
