We are hiring energetic and smart professionals for the role of Business Development Executive in the renewable energy sector. The role focuses on residential rooftop solar sales across Delhi/NCR.

🔎 Skills & Requirements

• Fresher to 3 years of experience in Field Sales / B2C Sales / Solar Sales / Real Estate Sales

• Good communication and negotiation skills

• Knowledge of Delhi/NCR local areas and residential societies

• Comfortable with field sales and extensive travel

• Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred

• MBA in Sales/Marketing is an added advantage

✅ Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads for residential rooftop solar projects

• Conduct field visits, client meetings, and site surveys

• Explain solar solutions, pricing, subsidies, and ROI to customers

• Prepare sales proposals and quotations

• Coordinate with installation and technical teams

• Build strong customer and channel partner relationships

• Execute local marketing and outreach campaigns

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Maintain customer follow-ups and sales reports
