Industry: Manufacturer of Industrial Products- Workstations, Racks, Trolleys, Material handling Equipment
Experience: Minimum 2–3 Years in B2B industrial sale/ Technical Sale
Salary- 15,000-20,000 per month + incentives (based on target achievement)
Education- B.Tech/ Diploma in any stream/Graduate Exp in relevant industry

About the Role
We are seeking a proactive, dynamic, and result-driven Sales Executive / Business Development Executive to expand our client base and work in sales team. The ideal candidate should be having strong communication skills, lead generation, client engagement, and market strategy, with a passion for driving business growth in the industrial sectors.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation
Independently generate new business leads through cold calling, field visits, and detailed market research, approaching the clients and converting the prospects into Business.
Identify new market segments and potential clients to expand the company’s reach.
2. Client Acquisition & Engagement
Conduct meetings to strengthen long-term relationships and explore expansion opportunities.
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects to drive closures.
3. Targets
Candidate should be target oriented and ready for mutually decided monthly sales target.
Strong communication, presentation, and client relationship management skills.
Experience in B2B industrial Sale
Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to take initiative in the field.
