The role focuses on FMCG channel sales, distributor onboarding, market penetration, and achieving sales targets while promoting sustainable and environmentally friendly products.
Key Responsibilities1. Distributor Development & Management
Identify, evaluate, and appoint distributors in assigned regions.
Negotiate distributor terms, margins, and agreements as per company policy.
Ensure smooth onboarding and training of new distributors.
Maintain strong relationships with existing distributors to drive growth.
2. Sales & Market Expansion
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Expand product reach in retail outlets, wholesalers, hotels, caterers, and institutional buyers.
Develop new markets and increase product visibility.
Implement sales strategies to improve market share.
3. Channel Sales Execution
Monitor distributor performance and secondary sales.
Ensure proper product availability, stock rotation, and placement.
Coordinate promotional schemes, discounts, and launches.
Collect market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and demand trends.
4. Eco-Friendly Product Promotion
Educate distributors and retailers on benefits of eco-friendly disposable crockery.
Promote sustainability messaging aligned with brand values.
Support awareness campaigns and green initiatives in the market.
5. Reporting & Coordination
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Track distributor-wise sales, collections, and outstanding payments.
Coordinate with logistics, marketing, and accounts teams.
