Role Overview:

We are looking for energetic and confident On-Ground Sales Executives to represent our brand in the field. The role involves engaging directly with auto rickshaw drivers, commuters, and the public to promote the Yatri Mitra App and drive registrations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit auto stands, busy commute hubs, and targeted locations to engage with drivers

• Explain the benefits of the Yatri Mitra App (zero commission, direct payments, meter-based fares)

• Assist drivers with app installation and registration

• Promote the app to commuters, students, and professionals

• Distribute marketing materials and encourage app downloads

• Execute on-ground campaigns and promotional activities

• Collect feedback from users and share market insights

• Address basic queries and ensure a smooth onboarding process

Requirements:

• Fluency in Hindi & Marathi

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Comfortable with daily travel within assigned territories

• Self-motivated, energetic, and target-oriented

• Basic knowledge of smartphones and mobile apps
