Job Summary

Jaypro Infratech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an energetic and target-oriented Field Sales Executive to generate leads and convert potential clients for our architecture design and construction services.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new leads through field visits, referrals and local networking.

• Meet potential clients and understand their architecture and construction requirements.

• Explain architecture design, house planning and construction services professionally.

• Conduct regular client and site visits.

• Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into successful bookings.

• Build strong relationships with homeowners, builders, contractors and other potential clients.

• Maintain daily records of leads, meetings, follow-ups and conversions.

• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

• Coordinate with the architecture, construction and internal sales teams.

• Identify new business opportunities in the local market.

Required Skills

• Fluent English speaking and strong communication skills are mandatory.

• Strong convincing and negotiation skills.

• Field sales and lead-generation ability.

• Client handling and relationship-building skills.

• Good presentation and sales-closing skills.

• Basic understanding of architecture, house design or construction services.

• Target-oriented and self-motivated.

• Comfortable with regular field and site visits.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with up to 1 year of experience in architecture, construction, real estate or related field sales will be preferred.

Compensation: ₹15,000–₹25,000/month + performance incentive up to ₹5,000.
