Medical Representative – Professional Relationship & Sales

Position: Medical Representative
Location: Noida, Sector 63
Salary: ₹3,00,000 per annum (₹25,000 per month)
Incentives: Up to ₹20,000 per month based on achievement of assigned monthly goals
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

About the Role:
We are looking for a confident, well-spoken and relationship-oriented Medical Representative to represent our organisation and build strong professional relationships with Pediatricians, Psychologists, Therapists and other healthcare professionals working with children and adults.
The role primarily focuses on professional networking, meetings, awareness and relationship building, rather than high-pressure sales.

Key Responsibilities
Meet and interact with Pediatricians, Psychologists, Therapists and other healthcare professionals.

Build and maintain strong, long-term professional relationships.
Introduce and explain our products/services professionally.
Conduct regular field visits and schedule meetings with professionals.
Understand the requirements of professionals and communicate feedback to the internal team.
Maintain timely and accurate daily/weekly reports of meetings, visits and follow-ups.
Follow up professionally with existing and prospective professional contacts.
Work towards assigned monthly goals while maintaining a relationship-focused approach.
Represent the organisation professionally during meetings and field visits.

   Requirements
   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
   Strong soft skills and professional etiquette.
   Confident personality with the ability to communicate comfortably with doctors and therapists.
   Good relationship-building and networking abilities.
   Comfortable with field work and face-to-face meetings.
   Good follow-up and reporting skills.
   Self-motivated, organised and responsible.
   Previous experience in medical sales, healthcare sales, pharma or a related field will be preferred.
   Incentives & Work Culture
   No high-pressure target culture. Our primary focus is on building genuine, long-term relationships with healthcare professionals.
   Performance-based incentives of up to ₹20,000 per month are available on achieving the monthly goals assigned to the candidate.
