🚨 URGENT HIRING – SECURITY CONSULTANT (FIELD SALES)
Position: Security Consultant – Field Sales
Department: Sales & Marketing
Job Location: Ahmedabad
Salary: ₹4 LPA – ₹6 LPA
Experience: Minimum 2+ Years
Education: Graduate
Job Responsibilities:
Identify and approach potential customers to generate new business opportunities.
Visit corporate offices, commercial establishments, and other potential customer locations.
Promote and sell security solutions, including CCTV cameras, surveillance systems, and other security products.
Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, and customer referrals.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable security solutions.
Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close sales deals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Coordinate with the technical team for product demonstrations and installation requirements.
Maintain daily field visit reports and provide regular sales updates to the reporting manager.
Candidate Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline.
Minimum 2+ years of experience in field sales or direct sales.
Experience in door-to-door sales, B2B sales, or security solutions sales will be preferred.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
Willingness to travel for field visits.
Strong customer-handling and target-achievement abilities.
