Job Overview
We are looking for a result-driven Field Sales Executive based in Indore. The ideal candidate will onboard new merchants and businesses onto our payment gateway platform. You will meet clients face-to-face to sell digital payment products. [1]

Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh (Local candidate required)
Experience: 1 to 2 Years (Mandatory in Payment Gateway / Fintech)
Employment Type: Full-time, Field-based
Key Responsibilities
Pitch payment products like Payment Gateway to local businesses.
Identify new leads by visiting markets, retail hubs, and corporate offices daily in Indore.
Onboard new merchants onto our digital payment solutions platform.
Manage client relationships to help businesses seamlessly set up their digital payment systems.
Complete KYC processes and document verification for merchants on the spot.
Meet monthly sales targets set by the regional management team.
Submit daily field reports regarding client visits and competitor trends.
Requirements and Qualifications
1 to 2 years of active field sales experience specifically in the Fintech or Payment Gateway industry (e.g., Paytm, PhonePe, Razorpay, Pine Labs, BharatPe).
Must be a resident of Indore with a deep geographical knowledge of the local city markets.
Minimum education of a Graduate degree.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Hindi and basic English.
Own a two-wheeler and a valid driving licence for daily field travel.
Must own a smartphone to use internal sales tracking and onboarding apps.
