Job Description – Field Sales Executive
Position: Field Sales Executive
Department: Sales
Location: As Assigned
Key Responsibilities
Visit potential customers and generate new business opportunities.
Promote and sell the company's products to dealers, distributors, institutions, hotels, hospitals, industries, and other B2B customers.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Achieve monthly sales targets.
Follow up on quotations, orders, and payments.
Conduct market surveys and report competitor activities.
Submit daily visit reports and sales updates to the reporting manager.
Resolve basic customer queries and coordinate with the office for order execution.
Requirements
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Willingness to travel extensively.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and smartphones.
Valid two-wheeler driving license preferred.
Prior field sales experience is an advantage.
Preferred Qualities
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Professional attitude and good interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
