Established in 2009 and headquartered in Vadodara, Gujarat, Balaji Milk & Milk Products is a manufacturer of premium Pure Khoya (Mawa) and other quality dairy products, serving businesses across multiple markets.

Role Overview: Balaji Milk & Milk Products is seeking a Territory Sales Executive (TSE) to develop business within the Indore market. The role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, acquiring retailers, building long-term customer relationships, and supporting the Company's sales growth through consistent field execution and territory development.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and expand the business territory.

• Identify and acquire new retailers.

• Introduce the Company's products and convert prospective customers into active business accounts.

• Follow up with prospective and existing retailers to encourage product trials, repeat business, and long-term customer relationships.

• Coordinate with the management to support customer onboarding and business development.

• Communicate the Company's advance payment policy to customers and support its implementation.

• Share timely updates on retailer visits, customer interactions, and field activities through the communication methods prescribed by the Company.

Experience: 1–6 years (Freshers may apply)

Location: Indore

Languages: Hindi

Vehicle: Own two-wheeler with a valid driving licence.

Probation: Two-month probation period with product orientation, role guidance, and management support.
