Job Overview

Badiya Brand is looking for a Business Development Executive to support our sales team. The role includes finding potential clients, conducting meetings, explaining digital marketing services, and managing follow-ups

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through calls, field visits, references, and other sales activities

• Connect with potential B2B clients and understand their requirements

• Conduct client meetings and present digital marketing services

• Follow up with prospects and maintain client communication

• Maintain lead, meeting, and follow-up records

• Work towards assigned sales and lead-generation goals

• Coordinate with the internal team for client onboarding

• Share regular updates with the reporting manager

Required Skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic sales and negotiation skills

• Good follow-up and relationship-building skills

• Comfortable with field visits and client meetings

• Willingness to learn digital marketing services

• Ability to work with assigned goals and deadlines

Eligibility

• 12th Pass or Graduate in any stream

• Experience in Field Sales, Business Development, Lead Generation, or B2B Sales is preferred

• Freshers with good communication and sales interest can also apply
