Field Sales Executive – Job Description
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Promote and sell company products/services to existing and prospective customers.
Conduct needs assessments and cost–benefit analyses to recommend suitable solutions to clients.
Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term business relationships with clients.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
Support corporate marketing initiatives and contribute to market expansion efforts.
Generate new leads through cold calling and follow-ups.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth sales operations.
Provide management with regular reports on customer needs, interests, new opportunities, and competitor activities.
Skills & Qualifications
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication abilities.
Capability to handle objections and convert potential clients into customers.
Prior experience in commissioned sales, field sales, or related roles.
Highly self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Valid driver’s license.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Good problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to different situations.
