Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic Field Sales Engineer to drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting engineering solutions to customers.

Key Responsibilities:
• Generate leads and develop new business in assigned territory
• Meet clients, understand requirements, and propose suitable technical solutions
• Prepare and deliver product presentations and demonstrations
• Achieve sales targets and ensure timely follow-ups
• Coordinate with internal teams for order execution and customer support
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients

Requirements:
• 1–5 years of experience in field sales within the manufacturing or engineering sector
• Strong technical understanding and sales skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Willingness to travel extensively

Qualification:
Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Related Field)
